Enterprise Application Portal is a single point of access for all Synechron Internal Applications, Third Party tools and other widgets with single sign on facility. Employees have to login with their Synechron windows credentials.
User needs to provide Synechron Credentials to access the Enterprise Application Portal; after successful authentication, user will be redirected to the Dashboard of portal. In case, user forgets the password, "Quick Password Manager" Link will help the user to reset the password. User can also click on Helpdesk link for helpdesk’s assistance through the email.
Dashboard is the Employee specific, customized place where Employees can add the applications from the Apps according to their daily requirements which will make accessing the application easy.
Apps is the place where Employees can find all the applications which are categorized into the following categories-
1. Synechron- You can access applications like Picture Gallery, News Alert and Zendesk
2. HR- You can access applications like HRMS, PAS, RMS, K-Point, E-ON and Careers @ Synechron
3. Finance- You can access applications like Synepay, Oracle, Project Dashboard, and Time Sheet Management
4. Admin- You can access applications like Transport Management System, Room Booking and E-Requisition
5. Widgets- You can access application like Dictionary, Weather, Wikipedia and Clock.
1. Go to Apps.
2. Click on the Application(Tiles) you would like to add on the Dashboard. A check mark would signify that the Application has been added to your Dashboard.
3. Go back to Dashboard.
4. You can delete any application by just selecting and dragging the application tile to the bottom right of the screen where you can find the Recycle Bin.
